The fault lies, not with the Bloodhound, but with us. Some will attack us, just as they did when we developed the negative ID, the pre-scent or tried to voice the understanding of a dog’s natural movements on trail. Yet, the negative ID, pre-scent and reading negative indications have spread, just as the total method will. Our training method was developed through a simple understanding of dogs and their natural desire to please. We would like to thank all of the NBTI Instructors for their dedication to training quality working Bloodhounds and their willingness to share their talent with others.
