The National Bloodhound Training Institute was founded in 1999 by Robin Monroe. We are a non-membership organization, promoting an advanced training technique which can transform any dog into a confidant scent discriminating man-hunter.

If you are experiencing difficulties training your bloodhound, let us help overcome your problems. We don't want your membership just your success!

We will also help dog handlers interpret a trailing/tracking dog's movements of purpose, first identified and labeled as "Negative Indications" by Kevin Kocher in the early 90's. Our unique understanding of them will increase your success rate.

The goal of NBTI is to ensure all canines from bloodhounds to patrol dogs are trained to Their FULL POTENTIAL. . .
